荷主へ追加費用を請求しましたが支払いを拒否しました。6月の案件ですよね？今さら請求されても困ります。トラッカーが手配できなかった時点で一報ご連絡をいただければ、荷主へ請求ができたかと思います。JTCがこの追加費用を負担することに対して納得できません。クロスボーダーで輸送する際の手続き方法を教えていただけますか？
