既にお伝えしたと思いますが、我々はCの企画に際しDは行わずEに報告するだけです。
また試算結果を今週お伝えするといいつつ共有出来ず申し訳ありません。こちらの作業が遅れており来週以降になる見通しです

The report duration is a month of production ahead, therefore, we understand that we have to report it in February. Does it make sense for you?
I think I already let you know but we only report E about the plan of C without doing D.
