先日送ってもらった商品について確認したいことがあります。
あの荷物は、全て私宛に送ったものですか？
と言うのも、転送会社からの報告で、問題があることが分かったのです。
問題の１つは、○○と◆◆を入れたというパッケージが確認できないということ。
もう１つは、私宛に送られたパッケージがひとつしかないということ。
詳細を説明します。
先日、転送会社に「そろそろ荷物が届くから確認してほしい」と、あなたから教えられたトラッキングナンバーとパッケージの概要をそえて連絡をしました。
翌日、転送会社より「あのパッケージ内容だと、まだ他にトラッキングナンバーがあるはずだから、調べて教えてほしい」と連絡がありました。
UPSでトラッキングナンバーを調べたところ、他に3つのトラッキングナンバーがあることが分かったので、それを転送会社に教えました。
番号は以下の4つです。
11111
2222
3333
4444
転送会社からの返事は「教えられたトラッキングナンバーのうち、二つはあなた宛てにではなく、他の人宛に届いている。また、○○と◆◆が入っているというパッケージは見当たらない」というものでした。
状況から考えるに、○○と◆◆の入ったパッケージは、上記の私以外のバイヤー宛に発送された可能性が高いです。
もしもこのまま○○と◆◆が見つからないということになれば、その分の代金は返金してもらわなければと考えています。
このことについて、何か提供してもらえる情報はありますか？
誤記載された名前を確認したいようでしたら、転送会社からその名前を聞く事も可能です。

I would like to confirm about the items which you sent me the other day.
Are all those packages addressed to me?
I ask you this because some problems were found through the report by the forwarding company.
One problem is that packages containing ○○ and ◆◆ cannot be found.
The other is that there is only one package for me.
The detail is as follows:
The other day I asked the forwarding company to confirm the he packages as they were about to arrive, showing the tracking number which you told me and explaining the outline of the contents.
The next day the forwarding company replied me: "As we reviewed the outline of the packages, there should be some more tracking numbers, so please let us know the additional tracking numbers".
So I investigated the tracking numbers, and found that there were three more tracking numbers, and I told them to the forwarding company.
The total four tracking numbers are as follows:
1111
2222
3333
The forwarding company said me that two of the tracking numbers were for other person, not for me, and that no packages containing ○○ and ◆◆were found.
Supposing from this situation, possibly packages containing ○○ and ◆◆ may have been sent to another buyer.
If ○○ and ◆◆ do not arrive me, you should refund me for the part we do not receive.
If you have any information about this problem, please let me know.
If you want to know the wrong addressee name, you can have it inquiring to the forwarding company.

Was that package you sent to me meant to be all for me? That reason I ask is that the message from the delivery company made me realize something wrong must have happened in the shipment.
One is they couldn't locate the package labeled as ○○and◆◆ for the content description. Another reason is there isn't any other package but this I received.
What happend are:
The other day I called the delivery service to ask them to check if they had received the package with the tracking number you gave me and the description of the content because it was about time.
Yesterday I received a call from the delivery company. They said I must have more tracking numbers for the contents so I checked with UPS and found three more numbers for them. I sent all three numbers to them later.
The following are the numbers.
