3)Remarksにある費用は、日本からS/Vを派遣する場合の追加費用です。クライアントによっては、日本からの技術者を指定する場合がありますが、その場合の追加費用のことです。

3. For the expenses under the Remarks, it is the additional cost in case the SV will be coming from Japan. There are times that technicians being requested are from Japan and that will be the additional cost.
