Although I understood the item has been reduced with the custom tax by 1.7%, by EPA, but to do so, it was told to have REX, exporting registration to admit. From JETEO, it said "for EU exporting, it does not need EU register system to register", but without REX registration, we cannot gain without tax, please check it.
