配送先への到着日程についてご連絡お待ちしております。下記荷主様からの問い合わせです。ご確認いただけますでしょうか。当該貨物はEPAにより関税1.7%が免除される認識だったのですが、免除が適用されるにはREXなる輸出者登録の提示が必要と連絡を受けております。JETROの情報によると、「EU向け輸出時には、EUの登録輸出者システムへの登録は不要」とのことなのですが、REX登録なしで免税を受けることできないのか、ご確認頂けますでしょうか?

According to the information of JETRO, it is said that "No registration with the EU's Registered Exporter System is required for exports to the EU.", but could you check if I can get tax exemption without REX registration?
