先日のZ34の画像転送について、メーカーへ要望です。
FTP転送の画像サイズが1280*720ではお客様の要望を満たせないケースもありクレームが出ています。
他のカメラ同様に、1920*1080のFTP転送をファームウェアアップデートで対応できるように要望が出ています。
弊社としても、他のカメラ（E43など）でできるわけなので、Z34でも早急に対応してもらえることを希望します。

It is a request to manufacturer about forwarding the image of Z34 a few days ago.
If size of the image of forwarding FTP is 1280*720, sometimes it does not satisfy request of customer. And it produces a claim.
Similar to other cameras, they requested that we can handle FTP forwarding of 1920*1080 by updating firmware.
As we can handle other cameras (E43), we request that you handle it by Z34 immediately.

If the picture size of the FTP transfer is 1280 * 720, the customer's request may be unable to be fulfilled, and complaints may be issued.
There is a need for a firmware upgrade to allow 1920 * 1080 FTP uploads, same as there is for other cameras.
We can do it with other cameras (E43, etc.), so we hope that Z34 will support it as soon as possible.
