→企業は将来的に希望する社員を70歳まで雇用する必要が出てきますが、これまで会社は”自分のキャリア”を考えるような機会を社員に全く与えていません。今年からキャリア研修を開始しますが、韓国でのケースを参考にしたい

1) Carrier induction
→Corporation will need to employ employees who wish to be employed until they are 70 years-old in the future, but up until now, corporation does not give any opportunity to the employees to think about their career. We are starting a career induction course from this year, but I'd like to use the case in Korea as reference.

1)Courier training
-Firms are required to hire employees up to 70 years of age if they wish to. But, firms didn’t give opportunities on their courier to employees. Although courier training will be implemented from this year, we would like to study the case in Korea.
2)M&A後の企業で実施している/すべき管理職向け研修
→こちらはY社長からのリクエストで7月上旬に報告予定です。会社は、昨年度コロナの影響で中止した研修をオンライン会議やeラーニングといった形で復活させていますが、課題は色々と残ったままで、その課題の1つが件離職向け研修です。Y社長が特に興味があるのが”M&Aを繰り返してもうまくいっているように見える企業では、管理職向けにどのような研修を行っているのか?”です。
私も国内事例を調べていますが、韓国での事例も参考にしたいです

The company brought back the induction courses that were suspended last fiscal year due to corona via online meetings and e-learning, but there are a lot of challenges remaining, and one of the challenges is induction for managerial positions. President Y is particularly interested in how would a company that looks like it's going well even after repeated M&A perform training for managerial positions?
I am investigating for domestic examples as well, but I'd like to use the case in Korea as reference.

The company has resumed the training that was stopped due to Covid-19 last year by online meeting and e-learning. The problems have not been solved yet, and one of the problems is a training for management. President Y is particularly interested in the following. "How is a company that has been doing well even if it repeats merger and acquisition does the training for management? I am searching the examples in Japan, but would like to use the example in South Korea as reference.
-This will be planned to happen in early July, requested by president Y. Although the firm restarted the training course as the style of online meeting or e-learning, which were cancelled by the pandemic of Covid-19, the most important task is a course for displaced workers, despite a lot of other tasks.
What the president Y is interested in the most is; what sort, of course, is taking place for managing posts at the companies which have dealt with M&A several times.
I also look into domestic precedents, but I would like to study the case in Korea.
