2)M&A後の企業で実施している/すべき管理職向け研修
→こちらはY社長からのリクエストで7月上旬に報告予定です。会社は、昨年度コロナの影響で中止した研修をオンライン会議やeラーニングといった形で復活させていますが、課題は色々と残ったままで、その課題の1つが件離職向け研修です。Y社長が特に興味があるのが”M&Aを繰り返してもうまくいっているように見える企業では、管理職向けにどのような研修を行っているのか？”です。
私も国内事例を調べていますが、韓国での事例も参考にしたいです

2 The course for the administrative posts implementing/to be implemented at the firm after M&A.
-This will be planned to happen in early July, requested by president Y. Although the firm restarted the training course as the style of online meeting or e-learning, which were cancelled by the pandemic of Covid-19, the most important task is a course for displaced workers, despite a lot of other tasks.

What the president Y is interested in the most is; what sort, of course, is taking place for managing posts at the companies which have dealt with M&A several times.
I also look into domestic precedents, but I would like to study the case in Korea.
