Thank you for your through packing all the time. The luggage has arrived without any damage. My sincere appreciation that you paid close attention to pack them so that they won't be broken. I believe much time has been spent on packing goods, so from next order I will pay OO euro as a packing fee per packing. Please keep up with the good work. Your continuing support is appreciated.
