I was notified by the person in charge that you may see in the mail that I had received your reply and had it transferred to me.
I highly appreciate that you advised me of a solution to this issue.
As well as returning back the package to the SHIPPER, we are middle of searching for the best choice to solve this matter so please be patient for now for a while.
