To solve this issue, I asked DHL Japan for support, but they asked me to directly contact DHL Germany as the parcel was in Germany.

I asked the personnel in charge of my case at DHL Japan for support. As the package is in Germany, I was told to contact DHL Germany directly to retrieve it.
As our company cannot respond towards CCC that is in charge of Shipper, I was told to contact DHL Germany and solve this problem myself.
I am not good at English, so please use the simplest English to help me solve this problem.

Regarding the matter, if the way might be complicated, would you please return the package to the shipper?
If the charge will incur please claim it to me.
Even though I have requested a staff member at DHL Japan to support the matter, I was told that I needed to make a contact with the DHL office in Germany as the package is in Germany.
As for the CCC as a shipper, we are not able to care about this matter so I have no idea about it at the moment. Would you use simple English as I am not good at it, please?
