料金が発生する場合は私のアカウントに請求して下さい
私はDHLJAPANの私の担当に、この件に対してサポートを求めましたが、荷物がドイツにあるので、ドイツDHLと直接やり取りしてくれと言われました
ShipperであるCCCも当社では対応できないので、ドイツDHLに連絡してくれと言われ、私が自分で解決するしかありません。
私は英語が不得意なので、解決に際して出来るだけ簡単な英語お願いします

In this case, if the solution is too complicated for me, then please return the package through Shipper.
If there are expenses incurred, please request them at my account.
I asked the personnel in charge of my case at DHL Japan for support. As the package is in Germany, I was told to contact DHL Germany directly to retrieve it.
As our company cannot respond towards CCC that is in charge of Shipper, I was told to contact DHL Germany and solve this problem myself.
I am not good at English, so please use the simplest English to help me solve this problem.
