3) The warranty period for B's products is five (5) years essentially. Provided, however, that the warranty period provided by the manufacturer shall be prevail. Failures caused by excessive use of the product shall be covered by repair at charge.
4) The maintenance contract fee is 1.5 yen/Kwh. This maintenance fee shall be contracted promptly after the conclusion of the basic agreement.
