Any obligations or duties which, by their nature, extend beyond the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order shall survive the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, including without limitation the following: Sections 2, 3.3, 4, 5, 8, 8, 10.5, 10.6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.
