Is the expenses on my end here correct? I feel like it's far too cheap. For example, if I receive the 120 pallets on July 1st, how long could I wait until I receive the remaining 120 pallets to be able to lade into the same ship without incurring extra expenses? The free time is counted from the calendar days, right?

Is the expense at our side correct? That is actually low expense it seems.
For instance, if we will receive 120 pallets on the 1st of July, until when we should receive remaining 120 pallets not to put you an additional expense for shipping on the same freight ? Is the count of the free time done by calendar day, right ?
