商品が購入後5週間過ぎても到着しませんので、どうなっているかを教えて欲しいとメールをいたしました。ebay経由でのメールの通り、時間がかかることは承知してます。しかし、購入後、まもなくで45日になります。非常に安い商品でしたので返事をするのが面倒臭いのはわかりますが、何の連絡もよこさないという姿勢は遺憾です。私は状況の確認がしたかっただけのですが、返事がなければどうにもなりませんので、クレーム処置をいたしました。

Since the product had not arrived five weeks after purchase, I sent an inquiry email. I understand that it takes time for the email to be sent through ebay. However, it has been 45 days since purchase. I understand that it is troublesome to respond to questions about such a cheap product, but it is regrettable that you have not responded at all. I only wanted to confirm the conditions, but there has been no response, so I have filed a claim.

I emailed you to ask about the status because 5 weeks have passed since I ordered the item and I still have not received it. After seeing the email from ebay I realize that it will take time. However, it will soon be 45 days after I made the purchase. I ordered a lower priced item so I know that it might not be a priority for you but I think it would be unprofessional to not contact me at all. I just wanted to verify the status but without any response, there is nothing I can do so I have decided to make a claim.

I know the item was cheap so you feel like a burden to answer, but no reply is not acceptable. I just wanted to know the status, but you did not answer which left me no choice: I filed a claim.
