ですのでお客様に支払って頂くことになります。

小型の発送は普段は日本郵便を使用しており、コロナウイルスのため臨時でUPSを使用しています
UPSは大量の荷物を送る時にのみ使用しているため、20ドル以下の関税は元払いできないことを知りませんでした
