Due to the significant decrease in transportation capacity under the influence of COVID-19, it is taking a tremendously long time for shipment (Even the EMS, which is handled as express delivery, is estimating a maximum of four-month delivery time). So we are not able to even obtain the tracking number (International shipping to America has been suspended as of Apr 24). At the time when you placed your order, we assumed that it would be delivered in about three weeks.
As it will cause you a significant inconvenience, we will refund you if you would like to cancel your order. You can still have the item when it is delivered to you later.

It is likely to trouble you so much, so would you like to cancel your order? In any event you receive the merchandise as a latter event, you may keep it at your end.
