コロナウイルスの影響により、輸送力が著しく減少したことから、発送までに相当な時間を要する状況になっています。(速達扱いのEMS便でさえ最大4ヶ月程度の期間を要することが見込まれています) なので追跡番号もまだ反映されない状態です。(アメリカ宛て国際郵便物は4/24から引受停止になりました) ご注文頂いた時点では3週間位でお届けできると思ったのですが。このままでは大変ご迷惑をおかけしますので、キャンセルされますか ? 返金いたします。遅れて届く商品は受け取って頂いて構いません。
Due to the significant decrease in transportation capacity under the influence of COVID-19, it is taking a tremendously long time for shipment (Even the EMS, which is handled as express delivery, is estimating a maximum of four-month delivery time). So we are not able to even obtain the tracking number (International shipping to America has been suspended as of Apr 24). At the time when you placed your order, we assumed that it would be delivered in about three weeks.
