After I heard Risa's father's story, I couldn't stop my eyes watering with just a thought of the family facing what kind of challenge in front of them.
Of course I am aware that Risa's father is an M.D., but especially because of his profession, recognizing, accepting, and confessing his family of his own declining health suffered him extra.
I also checked about cardiac amyloidosis. It seems that the disease has started being recognized as a treatable disease in Japan since a therapeutic drug called vindagele has come to be used as a standard treatment.

Hearing about the illness of Lisa's father, I couldn't stop crying how your family are standing in front of hardship.
Of course I already know Lisa's father is a doctor, he has been looking into his illness from daily conditions and struggling how he tells the situation by himself as a doctor.
I searched for the cardiac amyloidosis. In Japan, it is not know yet but with a medicine called Vyndaqel is used for the illness as a standard way of treatment lately.

He is the one who is necessary as doctor and all of you. What is special about is Olivia. I want him to watch the growth of Olivia as grandfather forever.

I pray for overcoming this disease to be encouraged, as new way of cure will be approaching.
As a doctor, you are the one that are needed for you. Mostly for Olivia, I would like you to see the growing as a grandpa.
