I still think that the ordered record seems unable to deliver to Japan due to the coronavirus issue. At the moment, I have no idea when to lift this situation but is there any possibility that the record retuned to your side? Well, what should I do for this ?

Delivering record is now under the condition which can not send to Japan
because of the influence of corona virus.
