Are you cancelling this because of the coronavirus lockdown causing you to be unable to go to the shop to retrieve the item? I understand the situation in the UK, but I'd like to ask you to contact me again once the lockdown has been lifted and you can ship again. I wouldn't be satisfied if an item I won at the auction be resold to someone else, so I'll wait. It would also affect future ratings, so I hope for your cooperation.

I understand the circumstances in UK, but please let me know when you are able to ship it again after the Corona curfew is lifted.
