これはT#の前にAがついているために、T#だけでは検索できないということです。
T#の前にAがついている場合には、Aを一緒に検索すれば検索可能です。
Aがついている場合と、Aがついていない場合があります。
これはGTMではなく、Uから送られてくる情報にAがついている為発生してるようです。
この変更は今回のロンチで発覚したようで、今まではみなさんもご存知のとおりこのケースはありませんでした。
Aがついていない場合はいままでどおり検索可能です。

This means that you can't search by T # alone because A is added before T #.

There are cases where A is attached and cases where A is not attached.
This seems to be because A is added to the information sent from U, but not because of GTM.
This change seems to have been discovered in this launch, and as you may know, this has not been the case previously.

As A is attached before T#, it resulted searching cannot be done only T#.
Since A is attached before T#, searching can be done along with A.
There are cases with A and without A. This seems not GTM, it might be occurred if information sent from U attaching A together.
This change seems to happen on this launching, as everyone knows, this wasn't occurred before.
Without A, searching is possible as usual .
