返信がなく困っております。荷物は指定の住所にまだ届いてなく、販売者とも連絡が取れない状況です。

I made a successful bid for 2 pieces of wood engraving print at the auction the other day. I contacted the seller since I wanted to confirm the tracking number, but I have not received any reply, so I am in trouble. The package has not been delivered to the specified address and I have not been able to contact the seller, either.

I have purchased two woodblock prints through auction the other day. I contacted to the seller in order to confirm the tracking number, however the seller did not respond. The package has not delivered to designated address, and cannot contact to the seller. Would it possible for you to contact to the auction house?
