I would like to return the item as the lamp was broken.
It took a while to file a complaint after arrival of the item as I was too busy with moving to open the package.
Although I would like a full refund, I would also consider receiving a partial refund.

I would like to return the lamp as it was broken. The reason for taking a long time before my claiming was, I was busy relocating and I couldn't open the item for a long time. I am hoping for a full refund but I would consider even a partial refund.
