I have received an response from USPS regarding this investigation.
I received a report that states USPS told you to submit a damage report within 2 weeks.
Please take everything (including the cardboard box) you received to USPS and
file a damage report with them within 2 weeks from the date you first notified them.

After 2 weeks, your complaint will be closed and we will not be able to claim the insurance
for this stolen items.

In that case, we will refund you
but the item is stolen and will not be able to cover the loss.

USPS reported us that they informed you should submit the damage report within two weeks.
Please go to USPS station with all goods you had received(including cardboard box) and apply the damage report within two weeks calculating from the first day you contact them.

If it would be passed over two weeks, they will close your claim and we won’t be able to apply the insurance for this stolen goods.
