We received a response about this inquiry from USPS.
USPS reported us that they informed you should submit the damage report within two weeks.
Please go to USPS station with all goods you had received(including cardboard box) and apply the damage report within two weeks calculating from the first day you contact them.

If it would be passed over two weeks, they will close your claim and we won’t be able to apply the insurance for this stolen goods.

In that case, we will refund you, still the goods are stolen, we can’t cover the loss.
