The complaint in this case was happened because the cliente made an error of order.
So I didn't made any mistakes.
I also received e-mail from the buyer. And please check it.
Please withdrawal this complaint immediately. I already told it to the buyer, too.

The customer complaint was caused by customer's miss order.
Thus, it was not me who made a problem.
Please confirm the mail that I have received from the buyer.
