時間が経っても製品に変化がないことを取引先に説明し、彼らを説得する為に、根拠書類として必要です。なので、御社で保管されている同じサンプルを今新たに分析して、出荷当初のデータではなく、今現在のPSDを送ってください。

Regarding to batch size, we've been talking with RA at your company, but there is a difference from the contents registered with MF, so we're asking information after our placing order every time. Marks-san also told us that they'll inform us soon after their receiving PO.
We need it as a certificate document to explain to our customer that the products will not change how much time passes and to persuade them. Therefore, could you please analysis the same sample which you're keeping at your company now newly and send current PSD for us, not data as of the beginning of the shipment?

In terms of the batch size, we have talked with your company's RA. Our company has been informed about the batch size every time after the ordering because there is a difference from the contexts registered in MF. When marks-san gets PO, they will tell us immediately. In order to explain that there is no change in the products even after time passing and to make a confirm from them, we need a document. Thus, please analyze the sample kept in your company and send the current PSD to us, it should not the previous data on the ordering date.
