下記3つの商品につきまして商標侵害の警告を受けました。
下記の商品は日本の商品で弊社は製造メーカーから直接購入しています。
これらのメーカーが訴えを起こしているとは考えられません。
そこで、訴えを起こしている人物、もしくは法人の名称と問題になっている商標を教えて下さい。
これらの商品を販売することは考えていませんが、今回のことは
中国人のセラーがよく行っている商標ビジネスではないのかと私は疑っています。
あるいは正当な権利を持った法人の訴えであれば、日本のメーカーにその事実を確認します

We got a warning for trademark infringement with the following 3 items.
These 3 items are Japanese products and we're purchasing them directly from manufactures.
We never imagine that these manufactures are claiming it.
Could you advise the name of the person or a company who is claiming and the trademark which is in problem.
We're not planning to sell these products, but we're suspicious if it is trademark business which Chinese sellers often make.
Or if this claim was made by any legal corporation with legitimate rights, we would like to confirm the facts with Japanese makers.

It is not impossible to consider these makers get the appeal up.
So, please tell me the person or corporation who gets the appeal up, and the trademark which is in question.

If it t is the appeal by the corporation that has the equity, we will confirm the fact to the Japanese manufacturer.
