下記3つの商品につきまして商標侵害の警告を受けました。
下記の商品は日本の商品で弊社は製造メーカーから直接購入しています。
これらのメーカーが訴えを起こしているとは考えられません。
そこで、訴えを起こしている人物、もしくは法人の名称と問題になっている商標を教えて下さい。
これらの商品を販売することは考えていませんが、今回のことは
中国人のセラーがよく行っている商標ビジネスではないのかと私は疑っています。
あるいは正当な権利を持った法人の訴えであれば、日本のメーカーにその事実を確認します

We have received a warning of trademark infringement for the following three products.
The following products are Japanese products and our company purchases directly from the manufacturers. Therefore, it is unthinkable that these manufacturers are the ones who are suing.
