ご注文の商品は本日発送予定でしたが、モロッコはお茶は輸入禁止品に該当すると郵便局から言われました。たいていの国はお茶は安全な商品として問題なく輸出できるのですが、モロッコは禁制品らしいのです。今回発送しても輸入禁止品として税関で止まり、最悪の場合没収されてしまう可能性があります。どういたしましょうか ? 発送してもお客様にご迷惑をおかけしてしまう可能性があります。ご注文を続けてよろしいでしょうか ? それともキャンセルされますか ? (キャンセルされた際は全額返金します)

I will plan to ship the item today but the post office says the tea is said to be prohibited to be imported in Morocco. Most of countries are able to export tea as it is safe item but it seems to be unable to do so for Morocco. If shipped, it will be stopped at the custom as learning it is prohibited to import. it might be possibility to be confiscated. What should I do ? May I continue to proceed to take your order with some anxieties? Otherwise, would you like to cancel your order? (If so, full refund will be possible for you)

Although the item you ordered was to be shipped today, Morocco prohibits tea import, so the post office said. Although most of countries allow tea as safe item, Morocco seems to prohibit it. The item you ordered was supposed to be shipped today. However, we were told by the post office that in Morocco, tea is categorised to prohibited imports. Usually we don’t get in trouble exporting tea overseas but it seems to be a prohibited item in Morocco. Even if we ship it out this time, it may be stuck in Custom as a prohibited import and it may even be confiscated. How would you like? We are afraid that we would cause inconvenience to you even if we ship your order. Would you like to continue your order? Or, would you like to cancel it? (We will refund you all the amount in the case of cancellation. )
