商品に傷や凹みがある：17個
<使用した結果異常があった商品について>

ディーラーの診断機を使用して調べた結果、ヒーターが断線しているものがありました。
また信号（波形）が異常な出力になっていました。
今週中にこれらの商品を送りますので代替品の発送をお願いいたします。
品質の良い商品が届くのを楽しみにしています。

<For the "brand-new" item>
There are 11 units on which the brand name were tiltedly printed
There 17 units which have scratches or dents
<Items which was found to be defective after use>
19 units.
Using the diagnostic device provided by the dealer, heaters of some units were broken.
And some showed abnormal signals (wave form).
I will ship you these defective units by the end of this week, so please send me the replacement units.
I am looking forward to receiving the items with good quality.

There are some ones that have their heater disconnected as a result of investigated by a dealer's diagnostic device.
And the signals(waveform) are shown irregular.
