As Japan Amazon is asking for our item's sale permission, they will not accept by only submitting invoice. We make a mixture of invoice and sales permission form. As we have purchased twice on 26 March and 29 April, we will attach two forms. If there is no problem with the form, we would like you to sign and seal on it. For your, if there is inconvenience lines in English, as we will attach its original text make in excel please correct it. Please do not make it with only invoice at any rate.

As Amazon Japan is seeking for submission of selling certificate of item, just a submission of usual invoice will not be admitted. We have made a document that mixed with invoice and selling certificate.
