As Japan Amazon is asking for our item's sale permission, they will not accept by only submitting invoice. We make a mixture of invoice and sales permission form. As we have purchased twice on 26 March and 29 April, we will attach two forms. If there is no problem with the form, we would like you to sign and seal on it.
