私はようやく返送された商品を回収したが、本体に傷があり修理の必要が生じた。現在代品は1つ確保でき残りの1つは製造者から輸送中です。これ以上お待たせしてしまうのは申し訳なく、また貴国宛荷物は同時に複数個送ると税関で長期間滞留してしまう(1か月以上）可能性がある事が分かった為、それを防ぐ為先に1つを送り残りの1つを後から送ります。追加送料は当方で負担します。私は確実に2個を送ります。番号がサイトに反映される迄2日要します。輸送トラブルとはいえご迷惑をおかけした事重ねてお詫びします

I finally retrieved the product which was returned but it had been damaged on body and needed to repair. At the moment, I could secure one for the replacement and the other is on the way from the manufacturer. I don't wish to keep you waiting any more. Also I found out that there is a possibility that if I try to send several items to your country at the same time, they may be stopped at the customs for a long time (more than one month). Therefore, I will ship you one piece first, then later ship the other one. I will pay the additional shipping fee. I will surely ship you two pieces. It will take two days before the tracking number is reflected on the system. Once again, I am sorry to have caused you problem, even if it was a transport issue.

Finally, I received the returned goods, but it had a chip so it was needed to repair. Now I can save new one and the other one is in transit from the maker. I feel so sorry for keeping you waiting more and I found that it'll stay for long time (more than one month) in customs if I send more than one package at the same time to your country. For that reason, I'll send you one first and later send the other one. We pay the extra shipping fee. I'm sure that I'll send you two. It must take two days to reflect the number on the website. I sincerely apologize again.

We are unable to wait any longer than this, there might be cases like sending plural package at the same time there is possibility to detain at the custom office(longer than one month time). In order to get rid of this, I will send one at first then sending after another. I will cover the shipping cost for you. I promise to ship two items for you without any problems.
