私はようやく返送された商品を回収したが、本体に傷があり修理の必要が生じた。現在代品は1つ確保でき残りの1つは製造者から輸送中です。これ以上お待たせしてしまうのは申し訳なく、また貴国宛荷物は同時に複数個送ると税関で長期間滞留してしまう(1か月以上）可能性がある事が分かった為、それを防ぐ為先に1つを送り残りの1つを後から送ります。追加送料は当方で負担します。私は確実に2個を送ります。番号がサイトに反映される迄2日要します。輸送トラブルとはいえご迷惑をおかけした事重ねてお詫びします

I finally recovered the item which has been returned. I found there's a scratch on the item and I need to repair it. At the moment one item to be for substitution that I have and one other is currently under shipping from the manufacturer.
We are unable to wait any longer than this, there might be cases like sending plural package at the same time there is possibility to detain at the custom office(longer than one month time). In order to get rid of this, I will send one at first then sending after another. I will cover the shipping cost for you. I promise to ship two items for you without any problems. It may two days appearing for the number for website. I am sorry once again for mishaps concerning the trouble caused by courier.
