我々が現在サプライヤーに確認しているのは、製品を作り直す納期ではなく、既存品をmodifyする納期及びコストインパクトです。元々、弊社は再製作は考えておりません。

フランジを交換するためには、製品のheadcapも切断して取り外す必要があります。
また、headcapの再製作が必要です。
現在のサプライヤーからの回答は貴社希望納期を満たすものではないため、納期短縮を依頼しています。

What we are checking suppliers is not a due date to make items again, the due date and cost performance to modify the existing items. Originally, our company had been been considering re-making.

To exchange flange, it needs to take off the product's head-cap by cutting.
Also, it needs to re-make the head-cap.
The current answer from the supplier is not satisfy your desired due date and so we are asking them for shortening its due date.

What we are confirming to the supplier now is not the delivery due data to reproduce the item but the delivery due date and cost impact to modify the existing item. We originally do not think of reproducing.

I hate to say, but there must be misunderstanding. I describe our situation below.

What we are checking supplier is not delivery period when an item is remade but the period when the existing item is modified and cost impact. Our company originally is not considering remaking it.

To exchange flange, we need to cut headcap of the item and remove it.
We also need remaking the headcap.
As answer from the current supplier does not satisfy the delivery period your company requests, we re asking to deliver it earlier.

Let me explain our understandings.

The issue we're checking with our supplier currently is, not due date of remaking the goods, but due date of modifying the current goods and cost effect. We're not planning to ask them to remake it from the beginning.

To exchange flange, we have to cut headcap of the goods and remove it.

We're asking supplier to make it earlier the due date because reply from supplier doesn't meet our demand in due date.
