本日、届いたレコードですが、レコードが再生不可能なほどにグニャングニャンに熱で曲がってました。ジャケットや梱包材は傷んでないので配送のせいだとは思えないんですが、いったいどういうことでしょうか？このレコードはとてもVG +＋なんていうグレードではないので(それどころか再生不可)返品、返金してほしいです。楽しみにしていただけにショックです。写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。

Regarding the record reached me today, the record was vended to complete damage not to replay. Although it was not shipping as the jacket and package are not damaged, what has happened to it? As this record is so VG + +, and it is not grade (on the other hand, it is not possible to replay) item, I would like you to issue me a refund. Regarding the record I received today, it was distorted like a chewing gum due to the heat to be non-playable. The jacket and packing materials are not damaged, so it is hard for me to believe it due to the delivery, but I wonder what the world is happening. This record was far from VG ++ grade, (on the contrary it cannot be played) I would like a return/refund. I am so shocked because I was really looking forward to it. Please confirm the state with the attached picture.

As for record I received today, it was bended by heat very much, and I cannot reproduce the record. As jacket and packing material were not damaged, it was not caused as a result of delivery. But I wonder why it happened? This record is never rated as VG＋＋ at all. I cannot even reproduce it. I want you to refund it. I am very disappointed since I was looking forward to receiving it. As I attach the picture, please check it.
