As I will use a transport company under contract with them, please let me know the person in charge of warehouse.
According to the document received last time, all the items were supposed to be shipped from the maker in March.

The bank you contract is asking me conditions. Please check what reason it has not to accept it at your bank.Please tell us the person in charge of the warehouse as we will use the forwarder firm they contract. The document we had the last time was the products were all to be shipped during March from the maker. Why part of products are later to ship? This week, as we pay for the product, could you please ship the product together with you are to ship next week.

We will be using the carrier company that they are contracted with so please let us know the person in charge of warehouse. The documents you gave us last time was saying the items would be all shipped out from manufacturers within March . Why did some part of the items get overdue?
