Due to the credit card system, procedure for withdrawal and adjournment will be effective from two months later.

(i.e. In the case of withdrawal effective January, the withdrawal procedure must be complete no later than the end of November. Withdrawal procedure made on December 1 will be deemed to be effective from February onward)
