日本語マニュアルのドラフトを作ってみました。このような内容で日本語マニュアルを印刷して同梱していただけませんでしょうか？
図はもっときれいなイメージをおもちであればそちらを使いたいのでお願いします。
もし、デザインされた箱があれば（他社のロゴがなければ）そちらも使いたいです。
6つの不良品は、今回の注文で値引きしていただけると助かります。
次回は不良品のないようにお願いしたいです・・・全数点検は大変でした。
マウスパッドもまったく売れず、撤退を考えています。お力になれずすみませんでした

If you have better picture image, please use one then.
If you have designed boxes (if there is no other logo), we would like to use those.
It would be helpful if you reduct its price for this time's order for the 6 defects.
Please do not make defects next time... it was hard to check all of them.
The mouse pats do not sell at all, and we are considering leaving away from them. We are sorry for not being able to help you.
