またBの件ですが、A列に記載されている仮番号のものも対象に含めるべきです。これらの現在の正しい番号は我々は分からない為、お手数ですがそちらでEに確認頂くことは可能でしょうか

It has been suspended at customs, and post office is inspecting it. Judging from the example in the past, we will obtain result in about one week.
As we sell by putting the priority on customer7s satisfaction in the future, would you remove limit of the sales?
Regarding B, the items by temporary number listed in line A must be included. As we do not know the current correct number, we hate to ask you, but would you confirm E about it?

Thank you for your prompt and through response. The last complaint remaining has been resolved already after obtained customer's approval for a full refund for the time being.
This has caused due to the delivery delay at the customs and it is currently investigation by the post office at the moment. According to the past examples, we believe the result should be obtained in a week or so.
We aim to perform sales by prioritizing our customer support first and foremost in the future, so please remove the sales restriction at any rate.
Also, regarding the matter of B, the temporary number listed in column A should also be included as applicable. Since the correct numbers for these are unknown at our end right now, would you please confirm with E from you? We apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
