I could hear the sound of the dishes hitting each other when I received the package because you taped the thin form padding around them.
These dishes are heavy and concavo-convex shape, so I advise you to insert cardboards between them in order to prevent damages as most of the others do.
The forwarding agent re-packaged these dishes and the other items in the same box, but the agent do never remove the form padding.
If you want, I can send you the image of the package when I received it.

Since you packaged the items using thin bubble wrap, I can hear the items making sound as they bump into each other.
Because the items are odd-shaped and are a bit heavy I think it would be good to put some cardboard between each of the plates.
Everybody does it that way.
Forwarding companies will deliver items packaged together but they will not take out the bubble wrap.
I have a picture of the item taken at the time of delivery so if you would like it, I can email it to you.

You had packaged the items in a really thin air cap so you could hear them rattling against each other.
These items have a rough surface, and they are quite heavy so it's best to put cardboard in between the plates when packaging them up.
Everyone does it that way.
The shipping company puts them together with other goods before shipping them to us, but they do not go as far as removing the air caps.
If you would like, I can also e-mail you a photo showing the state in which the items arrived.

I do not wish to return the item or receive any refund.
I am just a little upset because the items are now unmarketable.

If you are dissatisfied with the rating I can change it but I just want you to understand my side of the story.

I am not going to want you to accept my return and reimburse me.
I am at a loss because the item I purchased does not have commercial value.

If you aren't satisfied with your feedback, I will change it. But all I want you to do is think why you have received such an evaluation.

I do not want to return the item or to be given a refund.
I bought it for resale but this item is not fit for purpose so I'm unsure as to what to do.

If you are not happy with my feedback then I could change it but I want you to understand my position too.
