前向きにコンペティションへの参加を検討しておりましたが、
通訳を担当してくれる同行者のスケジュールが合わず、参加を断念させて頂きたく思います。
他の入選作品を拝見しました。
とても素晴らしい作品が揃っており、レベルの高さを感じました。
韓国のパイロット達に会える事を楽しみにしていましたが、残念に思います。
コンペティションの成功を祈っています。

I am sorry to be late in replying you.
I am xx who entered section of Show Reel from Japan.
I was considering participation of the completion positively.
But a person who acts as an interpreter is not available on the day, I cannot participate in it.
I saw other works that won an award.
All of them are so remarkable, and was impressed by their high level.
I was looking forward to seeing the pilots of South Korea, but am disappointed.
I wish that the completion goes well.
