We basically use a system developed by our company, as well as an operation system specified by client software. This system is developed to guide you without mistakes through the screens, no matter which agent actually takes the call. The information provided by the client is immediately aggregated into the system and disseminated to the agent's desktop.

We manage not only by software designated by client but also basically use a system our company developed. This system is developed that we can show around a customer without mistake by showing around the customer based on the screen whichever agent answers the phone. The information provided by client is gathered to the system immediately, and notify it to desk top of the agent.
