壊れた商品が届いた時は 必ず郵便局に伝えてアイテムと梱包箱の写真を撮影して
私に連絡して下さい。
協力なき場合は返品検品処理の為 返金時間がかかります。
追跡番号は4ドルの追加料金を頂きます。
これからの時期 アイテム遅配はよく有る事ですので電話番号の記載をお願いします。

I shot a photo of the old English item explanation. So I quote and attach them with this mail.
Since I did not check the instruction document, I will sell in in a lower price.
If you receive a broken item, please make sure to let the post office know about it, to take pictures of the item and package box, and to contact me.
If you do not follow this, it would take long for me to make a refund to you because I need to inspect the returned item thoroughly.
For the tracking number, I will charge you an additional $4.
From now on, it frequently happens that item delivery is delayed. So, please make sure to put your phone number on the document.
