来年度、サーバのアップグレードを検討しています。
OSはWindows2012 R2（サーバは弊社で用意）を予定していますが、現在のシステムは移行可能でしょうか？
現在、JAVAのバージョンが古かったりするので、セキュリティ的にも気になっています。
またできればこのタイミングでOSのサービスで開始と停止を制御したいのですが、可能でしょうか？
対応するにあたっての概算費用を教えていただけると助かります。

We are planning to upgrade our server in the next fiscal year.
We are going to use Windows2012 R2 OS (we will prepare the server by ourselves), but would it be possible for us to migrate the current system on the OS?
As the version of JAVA is old, we are concerned about the security as well.
