来年度、サーバのアップグレードを検討しています。
OSはWindows2012 R2（サーバは弊社で用意）を予定していますが、現在のシステムは移行可能でしょうか？
現在、JAVAのバージョンが古かったりするので、セキュリティ的にも気になっています。
またできればこのタイミングでOSのサービスで開始と停止を制御したいのですが、可能でしょうか？
対応するにあたっての概算費用を教えていただけると助かります。
不明な点があれば教えてください。

We are considering a server upgrade in the next fiscal year.
For OS, we plan to use Windows2012 R2 (we will prepare a server), but is the current system transferrable?
Currently, we are worried about the security as the JAVA version is old.
Also, at this timing, we would like to control start and stop by an OS service. Would it be possible?
It would be helpful if you provide a rough estimate to respond to it.
